Advanced Nozzle System
Through the advanced nozzle system, higher nozzle pressure and high volume nozzle overflow are ensured water flow in the nozzle without vortexing.
Advanced Plaiter System
Through the advanced plaiter system, fabric overflow outside the J-Box has been prevented. In this way, the deformation rate in the fabric is eliminated.
Advanced Rollbond System
Long life and performance heating in the reserve tank through the Advanced Rollbond system (heating system). The tank system does not allow fast heating and chemical residue in additional tanks.
Advanced J-Box System
Through its advance wide and Teflon coated J-Box design, it minimizes fabric friction by preventing fabric collapse and crushing.
Loading Unloading Head
There is 1 specially designed wide (420mm) manhole cover in each eye of the machine for loading and unloading the fabric. Our wide, specially designed manhole covers are also used as operator entrance covers. There are 2 safety locks, mechanical and electronic, on the manhole cover. There is a special tempered sight glass resistant to heat and impacts and a stainless steel protection apparatus that protects this glass. Lid sealing gaskets are le as de and wear resistant.
