Advanced Nozzle System

Thanks to the advanced nozzle system, higher nozzle pressure and high-volume nozzle overflow enable water flow without creating a vortex in the nozzle.

Advanced Plaiter System

Thanks to the advanced shaking system, fabric spillage outside the J-Box is prevented. This eliminates the deformation rate in the fabric.

Advanced Rollbond System

The Advanced Rollbond system (heating system) ensures long-lasting and high-performance heating in the reserve tank. The tank system prevents rapid heating and chemical residue in additional tanks.

Advanced J-Box System

The advanced width and Teflon-coated J-Box design minimizes fabric friction by preventing fabric sagging and crushing.

Loading and Unloading Header

To load and unload fabric into the machine, each compartment of the machine has one specially designed wide (420mm) manhole cover. Our wide, specially designed manhole covers also serve as operator access covers. There are two safety locks on the manhole cover, one mechanical and one electronic. There is a special tempered viewing glass that is resistant to heat and impact, and a stainless steel protective device that protects this glass. The cover is resistant to acid and abrasion with its leak-proof gaskets.
